Vampires Secret Revealed -Mohamed Almkhzenji

Dr. Mohamed Almkhzenji the famous Egyptian writer and doctor, said that the vampires whom roam at night and thirsty to drink the blood, are not just fictional characters in novels and horror movies, but they are real people who live alongside many of us.

And in his article (Shorouq weekly newspaper), he mentioned according to a research paper from the Canadian biochemist David Dolphin, proving that the vampires are not more than just men and women whom are infected with a rare form of genetic disease.

He explained that the research was presented in 1985 from the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Los Angeles, United States, caused an uproar and great attention when it was displayed for the first time.

He pointed out that a group of genetic diseases that sweep the vampires, known as the “porphyrin” and it’s up to eight types, and the basis of all of them is the lack of a substance called “Haem”, produced by the liver.Haem are organic molecules, each of them contains an iron atom in their center also called “Borviran” It is integrated with the protein of Globin to form Hemoglobin, to carry and distribute oxygen to the different cells and tissues of the body.

The Egyptian writer said that this biochemical disease appear on the people whom are infected by porphyrin in the form of symptoms similar to those exhibited by what we call vampires “Sons Of Night”.

People infected by porphyrin suffer the following syptoms :

• They body become waxy distorted.
• They show great sensitivity to light.
• Due to less exposure to sunlight usually their skins are filled with sores and scars.
•  Also these kind of people have some of the neurological symptoms, and with time fingers could turn pointy like animal claws, and their lips and tongues stretch.
• Their teeth even looks big and significant, like teeth of predatory animals, and they do not appear in the streets, only in dark night.
• Also sometimes their hair grows thickly on their foreheads and in unexpected areas of their bodies to protect them from the effect of light.

Al-Mkhzenji – The one who holds a Master degree in psychiatry and a Diploma in additional to alternative medicine – said that The proportion of people infected was estimated 1 of every 200 thousand people at the time when Dr. Dolphin put up his research in the eighties, and the treatment is to give drugs to help the formation of “heme ” or “porphyrin”, in addition to blood transfusion.

However in the Middle Ages as a result of the lack of movement of people, the Victims  of “porphyrin” were often concentrated in certain areas, and treated by drinking the blood of sheep.As the tension of patients due to the lack of oxygen in their brains, their even ended up bitting people so they can reach the blood needed.

And from this point, today we have developed the legend of vampires, And about the rumors that “The one who has been bitten by a vampire, also becomes a vampire” was also mentioned by Almkhzenji, that the genetic lottery was often conducted in entire families, and the bite of a brother developed the symptoms, capable of showing the symptoms of his brother who had the disease lately on him.

He said that the commandments of Dr. Dolphin to the public about using Garlic for protection from vampires is quite logical, because garlic contains a substance very similar to the material and are known to be showing the symptoms of porphyria result of obstruction to form heme or porphyrin.

The Egyptian doctor said that there are two bloody characters in history whom affected the world of literature of vampires..

First comes “Vlad The Impaler”, whose frightening castle still exists which was built in 1460 near Brassov in Romania.In his castle where sadistic crimines, influence and wealth was taking place, the number of victims that has been estimated are more than 23 thousand people.

The second was person was the Hungarian “Elizabeth Bathory” , that woman was very beautiful and very crazy, she was killing the virgin girls and drain their blood to drink and bathe in it. She believed that the blood kept her beauty and youth and possibly granted immortality! The Countess had killed 650 of these young most beautiful girls, and did not receive any punishment at all on what she did.
